The  composite team of Brian Magill, John Michael, Mike Simeonoff and Laurie Flynn did a good job in this event.

On the 6th of March they won their first two games convincingly against two solid experienced teams from NaeNae and Hutt and they qualified for the post section that was held on 23rd April.

Because of the weather, the game this day was moved to the indoor venue at Naenae.

The team won the first game of the day, but lost the second.
